I offer both private 1:1 sessions and group workshops focused on mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation. Each class is designed to restore balance and release tension, physically and emotionally.

Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of conscious breath control. My goal is to create calm, welcoming spaces where everyone feels seen, safe, and supported — regardless of age, ability, or experience.
👵 Classes for Seniors in Berkshire
Gentle movement, breathwork, and connection for body and mind.
I offer yoga and wellbeing classes specifically designed for older adults across Berkshire, including those with limited mobility or health concerns. These sessions focus on simple, seated or standing movements, breath awareness, balance, and relaxation techniques that support flexibility, circulation, and overall wellbeing. Classes are adapted to each participant’s ability and delivered with warmth, patience, and care — helping seniors feel more confident, relaxed, and connected.
I work in community spaces, care homes, and private group settings, making wellbeing accessible to seniors who may otherwise feel excluded from traditional yoga environments.

Supportive sessions for calm, focus, and emotional regulation.
I also offer tailored sessions for individuals with ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities, both in my private studio and in care home or supported living settings. These sessions combine gentle movement, breathing techniques, guided relaxation, and sensory-friendly practices to help reduce anxiety, build confidence, and support emotional regulation.
Each session is person-centred, with a focus on creating safety, trust, and empowerment. Whether working 1:1 or in small groups, I meet each individual exactly where they are — offering tools to support their unique nervous system and promote a sense of peace, clarity, and self-worth.
